What is your faveroite squirrel call ?

And does any one make a diaphram squirrel call ??

Do you mean brand or type. My favorite type woud be the distress call. Brand would be knight and hale.

Truthfully, my favorite squirrel call is a nice white oak or hickory tree. I don't use call's for squirrel hunting. Find their food source, then sit and wait them out. If you don't see any squirrels in 15-20 minutes slowly move to another spot. Also hunting the edge of a corn field will help fill your game bag.

What I am looking for is like a mouth diaphragm turkey call,

Only I want a mouth diaphragm squirrel call.

I have never heard of one like that but I wouldnt doubt they some company makes one.

I have a squirrel bark call that I have used in the past and it works like a charm.

The only squirrel calls that Ive seen you have to hold and shake it. It was at walmart for 8 bucks I am going to give it a try.

The bark , and even the angry chatter haven't worked too well for me . The distress call at least gets them to reveal their position . I look for thick numbers of nests and just ease in and wait until the commotion dies down .
