Whats your faveroite part of a Deer you like to eat the best ?

I like it all, But the back straps are my faveroite.

I like the huntin' part..........but if you mean what cut of meat then it's got to be the backstrap or rump roast.

It depends on the COOK! I've got a friend that can make a neck roast into a gourmet meal! Generally, the back straps and tenderloins are best though!

Liver and all the steak. We also make a lot os sausage and Burger. We mix beef tallow for the burger.

first thing we eat is the heart ; then the loins,backstrap,then the burger and jerky.
Love it all,just have to get yourslef into proper order.
