Well, we actually just have a surplus of every thing but big game that aren't predators. Mostly it is the majorly mild winters for the last 11 years. the rabbits don't die off when there is not much snow...

try what we call italian bunny. cook them in viva italian salad dressing. pretty tasty[8D]

sweet. i know what u mean. couple times we seen alot of rabbits and try shootin them with the 22 on the run. when they zig zag its hard to hit em. shotgun prob work lots better
