Debone the rabbits and cut it into 1" or so chunks. Boil these for about 10 minutes. Drain and put into casserole dish with potatoes (cut into halves if on the larger side) and whatever other veggies you want. Add a couple cans of gravy (easier than homemade) and cook at 300 for an hour. Whip up a batch of bisquick bisquits and throw it on top of the casserole and bake until bisquits are browned. Take out of oven, open a cold one (if of legal drinking age), and chow down.
