I woke up this morning and my dad told me the wildest story. We have a pial of deer antlers on our deck ok. After hearing racket outsidehe went out to see,when he went out the dog chased a animal small than her off the deck and around the garage and my dad said he found all the antlers laying in the yard. Any ideas on what it might be?

A lot of rodents like to chew on antler to keep their teeth down. Thats why I try and beat the squirrels to the sheds after season. Not sure what got yours though.

coons,oppossums,skunks,weasels,foxes and many other critters have the desire to gnaw on wood and bones and they are full of calcium and other things that animals crave,it is a nessecity for them to keep their teeth small enough so they can eat other wise their teeth would grow so long that their mouths would be blocked and they would starve to death.their are many critters around our homes at night,that is why some nights your house dog wants to go out ten times and others he will sleep all night without a peep

Pork e pines will eat horns..Better watch out for your dog there...
