from another site 4 recipes(I would never eat a coyote unless a matter of survival)

Natives used to eat them

2-4 lbs of coyote meat
16 oz of apricot preserves
1 bottle BBQ sauce
1/2 purple onion diced
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder

Throw it all in a crock pot and let it cook for 8 hours. YUMMY!!

Take the backstraps. Soak them in a marinade consisting of:
1 cup Itallian dressing
4 Tsp of soya sauce
1 pinch each of salt and pepper.
1 clove of garlic.
1 dash of nutmeg.

Soak for 4-6 hours, then preheat oven to 370 degree's. Put on baking tray, and let sit in oven for 25 minutes. Flip straps over and bake for another 30 minutes. The crust should be a nice golden brown. Remove from oven, throw away and order a pizza and a six pack. Bon Appitiee

The same recipe as fish ducks.
Take 5 gallon pot and fill with water
Place a stone in the pot about the same size as the duck
Add 2 Tbl spoons of salt
Place duck on top of the stone
Boil until you can easially stick a fork into the duck.
Remove from heat and drain water
Throw the duck away and eat the rock

Sorry dude!!!!! Indians or no indians. I ain't eating no f-ing varmint dog.

in a brass container, mix 42 grains of RL15 and a Federal 210 match, season with a 70 grain Nosler Ballistic Tip. Set the timer to 2 lbs with no creep and prepare yourself for some fur flying ala 3500 fps
