Default Coyote stew?

Has anyone ever eaten coyote. If you did, how did you prepare it?

Rule of thumb don't eat Oppossum, Armadillo, or Coyote.

First off why would you want to?

I had a friend who ate the back straps. Said they were good. Yuck.
