I throw about a half dozen of them in a roaster with a packet of lipton onion soup mix and some water. It melts in your mouth!

havnot had squirell in a long time, have not shot any either, dont feel right killing them and not eating,i remember how hard it was to skin them,and it didnt seem worthwile.whats the best way to skin them?
