It has been a busy winter for me, so no yotes... but no worries. We have year round season.
I really like the 222, but much harder to find these days. Would like to see a photo of yours if your camera is up, no matter how old. If you have a triple deuce that works well, hug & love that one. I bought a used one decades ago; at the time I bought it, it already had a little barrel erosion. I handloaed and just shot the sox off it; had a 3x9 Redfield back when they made really good scopes. Finally wore the thing out. I was young & did not realize you can even over heat a triple deuce.

its in very good shape & it shots great.
222 rem. made by savage...
6 x 24 barska scope paid 80.00 dollars.
