I was just wandering because I can easily hit them at 50 yards but I wasn't sure if it would kill them.

rambo got a hog from a tree , any body else seen that video ? dont think im gona climb any trees either.... unless your forced into using the pellet gun i wouldnt use it , excellent training tool though .

Uh, hell no. If you can hit the bottom of a coke can at 50 yards almost every time, then you can shoot it accurately enough, but there is no way it will have enough energy. At 50 yards that pellet is probably going less than 500fps. Maybe at less than 20 yards if you shot it in the head, but by no means should you try. I would give you a 99% chance of wounding it so that it would die a slow painful death by infection, if you even hit it.

some guy shoots a 180 pound pig with a gamo .177 dont know what model
but its on youtube shoots it in the head and it drops on the spot

Try sucking on the back of your hand, it will make a faint squealling sound, get him at 20 yards and double lung him with the bow. WHACK, dead fox!
