Hey, just heading out saturday, i've been practicing with my rabbit distress call, and was wondering what kind of weapon i should use? i've got a 20 gauge, .22, 30-30 (if thats legal) i hunt in central wisconsin, i could also use a 12 gauge, and thats about all i have that i don't think would be too large, so i'm not sure what weapon i should use, and what size shot ?

Your 30-30 would be ok for far out shots, just get a smaller grain bullet, probably the smallest you can find. Shot gun is fine for close range, use buck shot or even bird shot work, like 4 shot, you could use a slug too. A 22 would be pretty small, and if you used it you would want a perfect shot within 100 yards, but it could be done. I would lean towards the 30-30, a small grain bullet, and your shotgun just in case.
