In rifle season with a ML we can use a .50 sabot for deer size game. Elk requires the bullet to be at least .500. Either sabot, or full bore.

The Fed bullet is legal in Colorado. Someone else checked on it, and it brought it to the attention of the DOW. It's actually in the latest brochure that it's legal.
