Fine with me, I don’t really care wether it is legal or not.



It certainly doesn’t improve shooting, but it does improve lethality. I’m sure the pod does affect arrow flight...

Exactly. The effective range is the same for the pod and without. I would still shoot at the same distance as I would with a broadhead without scoline. There is always the risk of injuring the animal...

I suspect you're a hypocrite i.e. don't hunt with a recurve or longbow. So, why did we allow compound bows in the season? Besides, your Hail Mary argument is a strawman.
