marinate 6-12 hours then cook hot and fast then slow cook til rigid* about 1min a side then 3-5 depending on how thick.

* I rarely use a themometer so feel is somthing you have to get use to

i;m looking to buy a single shot this year for deer, possibly elk down the road. pobably 300 win mag or 7mm rem mag. now throw the multible barrel factor out, witch gun is best out to 400 yrds.

glock 23 .40 cal is an excellent choice 13rnds and easily concealed. but with any pistol particularly a glock range time is a must. onif you have never shot a glock the trigger takes some getting...

thanks jakes the 2219s are working just fine when i'm in the zone and release is perfect. i have not shot them with broadheads yet? but as far as the bow is concerned. i feel that for the price...

I haven't shot trad since i was 14 and got tired of the compounds sooooo this xmas went ahead and started the long journey back to traditional. I did on the cheap just to make sure I wanted to do it...
