Anybody ever shot one? I'm interested in it because it's advertised as a "package" bow and should have everything I need on it. Also, how am I supposed to measure for draw length? Any tips are...

I recently purchased a Hoyt Rebel (not sure on the year) for $100. The guy I got it from already had a peep sight on it and a few other things. Was this a good deal or not? I won't be hunting with it...

My wife is very supportive of me hunting and when I fring home something her reaction is more than words can say. She also enjoys sitting in the box stand w/ me from time to time.

there are only 2 seasons, bow and firearm, where I hunt. I' ve only hunted in firearm season, but have acquired a bow and will participate in both next season.

I usually tend to doze off, but this year I was awake and alert for the whole hunt and I saw non-stop action all morning until I shot my first buck.

Scope for .30-06

I' m looking to replace an old scope on a .30-06 that my grandfather gave me. I don' t know what all the numbers on a scope mean so I was hoping someone could shed a little light on the subject.
