That's the best way to learn how to shoot anything be it a firearm or bow. If he gets good without any aids he'll burn it up with a scope and be prepared for any situation. :happy0001:

I just read the CVA maual for sidelocks and it said all their sidelocks use #11 caps. But I could swear that the guy I bought my Mountain Stalker from said it used #10's. Is there any way I can look...

ok, sounds good. Were there any problems with these guns? I've read some bad things about cva, but it sounds like the problems were only with in-line rifles.
