I hunt duck over 50 days a year every year... all over...BrushTuff II are the deal in the cold cold spots.....cost a bit, but will keep you warm and stand up to abuse...if you arent in places that...

Have one for few years 26" camo, bought for daughter,found it to be a good one....Patternmaster...for sure a good idea, but factory included chokes have been good also....you should be in good shape...

Krispey Kreams...molasses products with grain, bread /pastries...generally everywhere work....up north however, stinky half rottenbeaver seems to work extremely well...you can also try menhaden oil...

Seems I have found that predation and harvest practices other than weather/food.....have the most impact on grousepopulations....
Wisconsin, and North East (New England) seem to do the best...
