Default What Choke Tube To Use

I have a Remington 870(nothing fancy) and hunt a river where there are tons of resident ducks. They pass by probably around 30-40 yards at times. I use 3" shells with #3 steel shot. What is the best choke to use for this type of shooting.

I got a carlson's choke that works awesome in my benelli. Check out either the patternmaster or the kick's high flyer. All three of these are good chokes.

I have become a fan of Carlson's chokes, I have the extended Modified and Full or mid range and long range steel shot choke for my 870, and Ijust bought two regular choke tubes imp cyl and a modfor my black powder 12 gauge, but the imp cyl will get used 90% of the time

in case you actuallymeant "what" choke rather than who's...modified for sure....
Otherwise, another vote for Patternmaster....excellent chokes and people.....not that there arent some others...this is a personallyparticular thing...the choke stuff....Pure Golds are rightgood too...and I dont see anyone else mentioning them....try one out and buy accordingly...
Shoot 'em in the lips....
