Your carbons are probably a different diameter than your aluminum arrows. That would cause the realtionship between the arrow and the string to change.

I have 4 pythons and all use different keys. I use small, colored cable ties to match them up. Simply attach a cable tie to the lock near the head and a matching one to the corresponding key.
