Ive only seen the ML sabots too, Hevi shot is a compound made up of tungsten, nickel and iron which is ten times harder then the steel used in a rifle barrel if it were to be used in a rifle bore without a sabot which buffers the bullet from contacting the grooves and lands, It could create catastophic pressure and most likely would blow up a barrel and deffinately ruin a barrel.

I saw a artical in one of my magazines (several mounths back ) about a copper jacketed pistol bullets filled with Hevi shot dust .
It was used for police training on steel targets at close range.
Susposed to be real low back splater.
The Hevi shot was to be recovered with a magnut I think.
