Default Die Sets For Use With Lee

I have a Lee Anniversary Kit and was wondering if you are married to the Lee dies with that press? I saw a set of RCBS for 35 Whelen on ebay and was not sure if the thread size where the same.

All reloading die threads are the same size, except for the old Lyman 310-Truline Jr. dies, which are smaller. I use RCBS, Redding, Forster, C&H, Herter's, and Lee dies in a Lee turret press.

halcon, it may. I have no experience with Dillon, or Hornady "lock-N-load" dies. I should not have been so sweeping! I guess there are some die types that don't use the 7/8X14 threads, but most seem to. An example of larger sizes would be those made for big cases like 20mm, etc.!!

I suspect all standard die sets, regardless of "group", are basically designed to provide full-length sizing, unless otherwise stated.

Keep yore powder dry!!
