Just curious............, how many of you other guys are engineers? I am and I thought I'd run some quick statistics on engineers/members <img src=icon_smile_big.gif border=0 align=middle>. Seriously, things like SD and MAD are fun to play with and meaningful if you understand what they are actually telling you.

handloader, good luck on the engineering. Being a metal engineer would be very interesting. Here is what I want you to design. I want one of those magic bullets like used shot over the grassy knoll, but for deer. Maybe one that can adjust its flight for heart shots, then change course to get the biggest deer out of the pack. And while your at it, make sure its BC is &gt;.6 but only 150gr in .308 size. You do that, and you will be a rich man.<img src=icon_smile_big.gif border=0 align=middle> Also, has to expand twice its diameter at ranges from 20 yards to 500 even at velocities &gt;3400fps and at least 95% wieght retention.
