.338 200gr CT Balistic Tips
I am running out of Nosler Balistic Tips, and I am thinking about getting some of the CT Silver Tips. Anyone shoot these? Do they shoot as well as the original? How about that coating on them? Any negatives?
Yes, I have some Accubonds. The 225's shoot like a millon bucks. I want the Balistic Tips as a less expensive plinker/caribou/deer bullet.
Thanks.

Well if you are running out of Nosler BT's, the CT's are identical. For me, I would pony up the few extra $$ and go with the Accubonds.....Rationale= higher BC, stronger, and will hold up in your large belted magnum....just my $.02 worth. Call the Nosler techies....they have an 800 #. Regards, Rick.

in 308 the CT's seem to have a bit of a tougher jacket than the BT's, IMO the CT's are a better bullet. external ballictically speaking their flights should be identical.
