Same lot is same lot. You can mix them at will with no problems.

I would have no qualms about mixing same LOT numbers of a particular powder,and have done it many times. Just look at it this way--- the LOT is a huge pile of the same stuff, and the lb. cans are small samples of the larger mass, all of equal quality and consistency. Rules of random sampling and statistical analysis will bear this out. As all else have said, make sure the LOT numbers are identical.
