Little Bull Down !
I just had too. Congrats MachZ and the others on your Bulls aswell. Well I drove a total of 2 3/4 hours north and found that the adjoining area had no tags and all the hunters from that area flooded the closes area to them. Monday morning Day break of the hunt ,I felt like I was in Down Town Toronto, ATV' s , Trucks and Orange vest everywhere! More shots then I ever heard before there and moose where down all over. Wednesday all stared to quiet and moose that was left moved a little. Friday morning I used the Bull Tag on a fork horn Bull. Not big, but meat, split between 4. I still got alot of thumbs up on the drive home with the little guy ! Good hunt and short drive....BT

Nice to hear you managed a bull with all the hunters around your area.
Sure is nice to be sucessful in such a short distance from home.
Glad to hear it worked out well for you and enjoy your bounty.
I just picked up my moose today from Hoffmans in Stayner and the pepperettes turned out awesome. If you decide to use some of the hamburger for pepperettes they do a great job.

Any bull is a good bull IMO. Filling a moose tag is quite an accomplishment, I only hope we are so lucky in 2 weeks when we head to the forest in search of the mighty MOOSE! Congrats and enjoythe fruits of hard work
KB, if he had seen that bull why would he shoot it he was hunting moose not elk? Anybody can post a picture of a painted animal...what is your point?

He' s an idiot alright.
He' s been sticking pictures up all over the place. Most look like they are from a magazine or book. Like the above elk picture.
His latest thing has been mass posting a supposed picture of himself as a sniper in pretty much any post the mentions a .308 along with a picture of two guys in ghillie suits that is obviously from a book or something.
