Hey Stub did ya get the big dump of snow Friday night??.We got about 4 inchs not much was moving Sat. morning.

We only got a trace of snow in fort mcmurray this past weekend.I was east of edson on saturday for the start of the season there and was hoping to help a friend kill his elk and to try to take a deer myself.I did see a couple of dozen deer but no really big bucks so I didn' t shoot any.There were plenty of elk but they were on the wrong properties so that will have to wait as well.There was a foot of snow on the ground and the temperatures were cool.I killed a 5x5 elk and a 5x4 mule back in september in the northwest part of the province so my season has started out pretty good.
