I have say that is a load of BS .If I had a nickel for evertime I heard an "inside source" says this and that.BTW I'm also from winnipeg and there is no talk of this here. So tell your insider source Who BTW is probley some poor displaced Liberalthat your not buying it. For all your canadian firearms info see here. www.lufa.ca
