Yah and unfortunately in that area no one lets you hunt on their property except if you traveling west on HWY 533 and when it starts to get extremely hilly (about 10km before Chain Lakes) ive got permission all through there and there are alot of elk in that area.

I used to hunt out there years ago but found too many people out there during the season. I head to further pastures now but still love that country. I was really surprised to see that many bucks considering the hunting pressure out there.

Yah actually i dont hunt out there anymore for the same reason and it is amazing as to the size and the quantity of deer in the area. I wouldnt mind takin a trip down there nest season just to see how the pressure is like and how many hunters are on the land now.

I was wondering if anyone knows of any Canadian whitetailbowhuntingDVDs and if so, the name or namesof them and where they might be found. I'd appreciate any help.

Early in, I am not aware of any bowhunting productions solely on canadian whitetails. About the only canadian video productions that are put out regularly are by Bentley Coben and Jim Shockey...neither one are archery driven though.

early...it's funny, I have alwaysheard how big our deer are up here, yet there arre hardly any good hunting shows based on AB or Sask. As skeeter said there is Jim Shockey's who has probably the best ones out there but mostly rifle. Irecently saw a video with a guy showing what he does to get in close to whitetails in his neck of the woods and it worked. Funny thing was when he came to Alberta for a hunt, all he did was run after the deer taking running shots at them. I guess thats how alot of us hunt the bush up here (push & shoot). I would love to see someone put a good dvd on AB/Sask bowhunting as well. Maybe thats a good job for me
