back up scope.?

Paul,

You are right ...it was a Cat's Eye. If I recall had this yellow cat's eye logo somewhere on the scope???

I'm 60 and apparently going fast !!!

Yep, and the lenses have a yellow tint to them with a german post cross hair. Like I said I have owned a few them and didn't think they were bad for the money, I have seen worse for sure. Now the cheaper BSA scopes are not that impressive though. They have good customer service as well.

Not suggesting you run out and get a BSA though, there are better scopes for the money for sure. I am very happy with the Meuller to be quite honest. I have had good luck with the Cabela's brand scopes as well.
