bsa scopes
#21
I have a BSA Mil-dot scope with illuminated recticle on my Rem 700 in .270win. Have had a chance to shoot it at long range but at 200ish meters its dead on and very clear. I have had mixed results with BSA dot sights because despite claims they fogged so i dont know what that says about their quality. It was hellish conditions, when it fogged.
also i havent used my scope in aweful weather conditions, usually sunny or inbetween rain.
i dont by into the more expensive optics, Ive heard that Leopold and Bushnell use the same quality parts from the same manufacters. Seems odd but I have NEVER had a problem with my Bushnells either. I try not to pay over 300 for any optic... but then again I target shoot so a double long shot isnt a concern for me, if i miss i dont have to worry about being humane.
