    Default MBR stabilizer
    after reading the rule book am i correct that the MBR class is limited to a 12 inch stabilizer the same as the HC.

    Assuming you are talking IBO, nope, MBR can have any stabilizer and any fletch length.

    Mbr is simply an open class with pins and no magnification any thing else goes
