Default swarovski 8.5 x 42 ?

Can anyone tell me if Swarovski 8.5 x 42 are IBO legal? I am considering buying a pair but need to know if I can use them at IBO shots.

This was a discussion last year on this forum by another shooter. The rule is I believe from the previous post; 8 power plus 3% variance which makes the 8.5 power legal for IBO. I am sure that you will get more detailed posts fromIBO members thathave been in it a lot longer than I have but that is the way I remember the former post. Alpen has a booth at all of the triple crown shoots and they sell an 8.5 by 50mm bino that is good and they are advertised as IBO legal so yours should be okay as well.
