Default No Communication between IBO and Shooters

The problem with the worlds this year was NO COMMUNICATION with the IBO and participants as in all IBO events. The IBO could have posted a message across the Snow Shoe channel. There could have been a back up plan if the communication between the shooters and the IBO was better. If the weather / alert was over and there was enough time which there was, they could have had taken one or two people from the groups that were still waiting to go and placed them in a latter time slot. But there was no communication or back up plans. There should be a large LCD screen & use the Snow Shoe Channel and put the LCD monitor in a central location with information of what is going on through out the days events. For example the posting of scores. Instead of climbing over each other when the scores are posted they could put it on the LCD screen or on the Snow Shoe channel. NO Communication ! MAJOR PROBLEM
