Ok, my club is going to host a qualifier and I' m wondering about dealing with pro' s that may come.
What do most clubs charge pros and how much do they payback to them? My current thoughts are to charge $75 each with $50 of the $75 pooled into a payback for the top 3 pro scores.
The reality of it is we are a rather small club in a desolate part of minnesota, so we won' t likely get many pros. But, if we do, I' d like to see that they are treated well.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

The local qualifiers must offer all classes but you do not have to make them for money. If you feel you will not have more then 1 or 2 they will only get their money back, charge them the same as the others. They are looking for the invitation as everyone else.

In all my pro-am type of competitions, not bow related. The payback was usually 80%. If less then 5 competitors showed, it was winner take all. Less then 10, top 2 get payback. Over 10 and the top 3 got a check.
