Great news fellow archers... My wife and I had the opportunity to visit Anderson,In this weekend and we are in for a real treat when it comes to being there for the IBO world Championship in 2007.We met with the guys from Girt's Archery that are helping to organize and they are wonderful people. Nice to know that if something happens to anyone's bow while there,they will be able to help.

We were able to see where some of the ranges will be and let me tell it's FLAT,that will be nice after Nelsonville....

We also got to hang out with Ed Mcpherson and his crew and shared a few laughs.

As far as some people complaing about the drive,It took me 9-10 hrs to drive to Snowshoe,now it takes 5-6 hrs,from Nashville,Tennessee. It will be worth the drive. There are so many resturants and hotels,walmart,target,and so many other things to do.All this is within 2 miles of Hoosier Park........

I use to live in Indiana and I have been to Girts Archery, they are a great bunch of people and they know their stuff.It's a bummer that the National Shoot will be held in my home state, after I moved away and YES, it is flat with maybe a few hills, but nothing like Nelsonville or Bedford.
