Is that a question? I'll assume so. It goes before theshoot review board or of some simular name to be looked over and evaulated. Decision I believe is made within 10 working days... as posted in my last post.
"If a protest concerning a scoring discrepancy or a request for reconsideration is filed with the IBO office, the IBO will review the appeal or request and a FINAL decision will be made and communicated to the archer within ten working days following the date the protest or request is received."

Fasstfletch, thanks for the professional comments and I agree with everything you said.
Ken did call one of the score keepers and according to what I was told, he told Ken that he couldn't understand what he was even talking about. I really can't discuss the matter much further since I will be contacting my lawyer later today.
Please remember I have no gripe against the IBO or following any rules and I believe if there was a mistake on the card and if found by the proper authorities I would be the first to say DQ the shooter. I have been shooting these shoots for a number of years and know how the system works. My persuit will not involve the IBO or any decision they end up making.
I was pleased to read that this was a personal attack because of actions and words spoken during the first ten targets. That was the missing piece to the puzzle I was looking for.
I personally feel this matter should not be discussed any further in a public forum to help protect everyone involved...

Just a couple of things to clear up and then I will be still
1. As you (jbm28) and I were the scorekeepers for the ten targets in question, I don't know who the "he" is that you referred to in your previous post. ("Ken did call one of the score keepers and according to what I was told, he told Ken that he couldn't understand what he was even talking about.") Remember it was I who wrote the original scores down and I have seen the finished card.
2. This action in no way was a personal vendetta against you. Some things that were said and some actions at the end of the course made the whole group of us concerned. That concern led me to make inquiries that did show a discrepency. I don't think I should be berated for that, it was not my card that is in question. Talking about lawyers is just petty indimidation.I have been following the IBO rules and tryingmy best to leave this to their decision.
