my understanding is that they will have any changes in place for this coming year's syllabus ('05-'06) that means this fall.
actually their plan is to have the changes ready for '05-'06 hunting season (that's what it says in their press release)

By the way, I spoke to a senior biologist Friday on this. He was polite, but unyielding. Hes more for this than I am. I agreed with me on some points, but ultimately, we came away agreeing to disagree. I suppose I came away from it lessening my stance on the special permits for crop damage, etc. as being so detrimental to the herd. I still dont like the doe only muzzy season. I dont see the advantage for it, either.
