The PC&CC (Pennsylvania Cougar & Chickadee Commission, formerly the PA Game Commission) responded to reports of a whitetail deer being spotted in the woods of eastern Pennsylvania. "That's quite impossible", the PC&CC spokesman said, "all deer had been removed from that area at least 15 years ago.
