any advice
I decided to bowhunt in a location where i have shot a couple bucks in previous years. Now the vegetation has grown up and someone put up a house pretty close. So no one hunts it much now. 120 yards away i saw a nice buck 6 or 8 pt chasing a bunch of does couldnt get close enough. I went back there tonight and as soon as i got in the tree there he was again ( i also spooked a few deer going in). My question is should i hunt there monday morn for opening day? Is this his territory or is he just chasing does? Also i havent been there in the morning yet both times were around 3 that i saw him.

RE: any advice
Lets hope so! The season has had its ups and downs Started with me shooting a small 4 ptr with my bow never to be found after 6 hrs of tracking and blood everyhwere! Then VT opened and it was off to camp for the weekend where i only made it out of camp for 5 hrs but I got a 4 ptr 150 lbs. Now seeing this beauty and the possibility of bagging it would be fitting. This buck is decent size, with out field glasses at 120 yards i saw the horns as clear as day.
