Speaking of big trout...for those of you who fish the Allentown area, one of the local clubs the "Pioneer", will be stocking their "monster trout" this Saturday in the Little Lehigh. No registration, no contest and open to everyone. We sure see some "beauts" on that day.

I think I have a real good idea where you are at BM. That is an insane hike to the fish. I haven't been up that way in several years.

I hope you got that huge brown trout there mounted.

Jason Awesome pics. Great catch and a BIG koodos on the releasing of all the fish. They sure are breeders and will keep that hole hot for many years. Way to go and hope you have many more days like that.

What do you know about the PGC trout stocking program? The brook trout looks to be a true trophy, a holdover for several years - or possibly a wild fish. The browns look to be 2yr or 3yr stock fish with a couple of holdovers from last year. Fine fish to be sure.

In NY we started stocking 2yr-3yr fish a few years back. The fishery has com along way since - it looks like that whats happening for you. I'm glad you are releasing.
