Sideways,

It's a private piece that he and about 3 other people have permission to hunt. Just the same, it isn't very big so gets a lot of pressure between the 4 of them...

He has the pictures developed, and just needs to scan them. I should have them in a few days to email to someone to post...

Doug--my best bow kill is a 20 inch 11 point (Harford County). It's the only one I've killed that I had mounted so I'm sure your buddy is pumped about it. Tell him congrats from me.

Wow, Dave! And with a bow too? Personally, I've never even seen one that big. Congratulations! Hope the paintball zealots didn't ruin any hunting for you this year...

Dave,
Could you post a pic of your deer or your mount? I'd like to see that brute!

Well,

Yesterday afternoon, he shot a big 8 pointer in PG County whose spread is almost 20 inches. He didn't think it was as big as it is when he shot it, but it fooled him because the deer's body was big, unlike the 11 pointer, who had a small body. This has been a very good year for him. I reminded him to get me pictures, and he just needs to scan the ones from the 11 pointer. I should at least have that one very soon. I doubt if he already has pictures from the 8...

Jimbo--I could scan the pics that were taken when I got him, but I don't know how to post them. I could e-mail them to you if you want.

Here's a 18&1/2" 9pt I arrowerd a few years ago to give you some perspective of what a 20 incher would look like.
Dave send me the pic, I will put it up for you.

mdbohntr, nice buck!

I'm still waiting for him to scan the pictures and email them to me. He said he would do them all at once (he got his biggest buck bowkill this year too). Things are picking up in southern PG County and Charles County since blue tongue killed most deer where my buddy hunts for two straight years about 3 and 4 years ago. He's lucky to be able to hunt every day, and doesn't shoot anything small...

I have the picture of his 11 pointer, along with his bow kill a two friends' nice bucks. Whoever can post the picture (I will only email the 11 pointer unless requested), email me at

[email protected]

and I will sendl it to you. The 8 pointer's picture will follow when he emails it to me...

Thanks
