There' s talk in our local paper that Cabela' s is also looking at property in Ripley,NY. Perfect location. It is just about 1/2 hr drive from Erie,Pa. 1 1/2 from Buffalo, 3hrs from Pittsburgh and 2 1/2 hrs from Cleveland. Sounds like a good spot.
