I specifically stated I was asking about the concurrent season and you in turn referred to the early ML season,so you done an excellent job of playing the dumb game.

I could be wrong but I thought you only needed a special stamp to hunt the special seasons.I really don't think you would need a muzzleloader stamp to use an inline during the regular firearms season. If you do,that would be a stupid regulation.

Regs state that legal weapons for general deer seasons are manually operated centerfire rifles and manually operated shotguns, long recurve and compound bows, crossbows, centerfire handguns, muzzleloading long guns......(paraphrased.) Since no mention is made of any additional permit or stamp required...they would all be legal for the concurrent season. I have often used my in line muzzeloader during rifle season (never felt any handicap by doing so), and have often pondered taking my bow but never actually have.

From the PGC 2009-2010 Digest:
Southeast Special Regulations Area.
REGULATIONS (
Arms & Ammunition)
General Statewide Seasons:
1) Manually operated centerfire rifles,
handguns and shotguns with all lead bullet or ball, or a bullet designed
to expand on impact; 2) muzzleloading long guns of any
type, 44 caliber or larger, or a muzzleloading handgun 50 caliber or
larger; and 3) long, recurve or compound and crossbows with
broadheads of cutting-edge design. Buckshot is illegal, except in
handguns and shotguns with all lead bullet or ball, or a bullet designed
to expand on impact; 2) muzzleloading long guns of any
type, 44 caliber or larger, or a muzzleloading handgun 50 caliber or
larger; and 3) long, recurve or compound and crossbows with
broadheads of cutting-edge design. Buckshot is illegal, except in
Southeast Special Regulations Area.

I finally found the section I was looking for on page 86 of the Digest.
Now the question is does the same apply to the extended antlerless season in 2B, 5C and 5D where you can use the same weapons as in the concurrent season.
only from county treasurers at current fees.
Muzzleloader firearms and bows and arrows may be used during
the regular hunting seasons without purchasing muzzleloader or archery
licenses.

Yes a hunter can use any legal bow, crossbow or muzzle loading firearm during the statewide concurrent or extended period of the special regulations area hunting seasons and no special stamps are needed during that time period.
The special archery and muzzle loader stamps are needed by anyone hunting during any of the special archery, muzzle loading or flintlock seasons though regardless of where they are hunting within the state.

RSB answered that question completely. Go back and read his post again.....

But, if archers or muzzle loader hunters still have a buck tag and desire to take a legal antlered deer, should they have the opportunity, they would need the special archery and/or muzzle loader permit (what used to be a stamp and is now a special addition to their license) and be restricted to a legal flintlock or bow and arrows (including the crossbow) as defined in the digest.
