I don't think he was suggesting that the success rate had to be 100% or that all 800,000 hunters had to be successful. Don't go blowing things out of proportion.

There you go again,acting like deer hunting is an entitlement.I got news for you.Never in the history of Pa has there been 100% success and never 800000 hunters been successful
The fact still remains that the herd was reduced for the benefit of DCNR and the timber industry and and it had nothing to do with herd health, the breeding ecology or better hunting.

sometimes we get dealt a bad hand.
when elected officials dont do what you want vote for someone else. Since the gov gives the boc seats away,start with him and lawmakers.
