    Were private landowners holding DMAP permits allowed to harvest anterless deer during the first week of the regular firearms season?

    The restriction to bucks only in all 4 WMU's did not apply to DAMP holders on DMAP properties

    Yep,dmap holders could harvest deer throughout the entire rifle season.
