I received this e-mail on Aug 28th, and have not received the application, or an e-mail regarding availability. The unit I applied for still shows coupons available. Anyone else have this situation?

In a word.....NO!

I'd call and get the scoop or just wait it out and hope you get your coupon. I'm guessing you'll get it in the mail soon. I only got mine from the ANF on 9/2 and off to Harrisburg on 9/3 it went. I hope they get them back to use before 10/2 unlike last year when they showed up the middle of October.

I got my DMAP about a week, maybe less from the time I recieved that email.

Applied for myself and two sons at the same time online. Got mine two weeks ago, got # 2 son's 2 days later but still waiting for # 1 son's coupon[:'(].
