That would be a great idea sproul. You could clean that county up and think about how many deer you would save.

you know, i never liked a DEPUTY,dont ask me why

but now, i wish there were lots of them.

i dont like wearing uniform, even at my job , i would take my tie off as i am from OLD SCHOOL.

they would try to fire ole sproul over those things like chewing tobacco, smoking, blue jeans,no college degree, sat with men and laughed at times, they did not like that.

i had 273 employees working for me at one time.

i have never been mistreated by WCO.

chuck keiper local wco here in clinton was my close friend.

we took kids to camp just about every other weekend, boy, that was fun.

i bet we had 15 kids then at our camp then 15 more next time.
'
you could go to elks and drink a beer with chuck the wco.

they named a trail after him on rt144 near beech creek, rd.

back when things were rough and no one had much food, the ITALIANS all lived from 13 th st to 16 th st in renovo .

a HERD of 75 deer came down around the bottom of mountain.

the windows on the I TIES homes all opened, bang/boom/bang/boom.

well they all shot from bedrooms,oh my.

WCO chuck keiper showed up and yelled up at 50 I TIES.

he said, SOMEONE GOING TO PAY FOR THIS..

well, local store owner was only one with any money in depression area ,his name was ROME MALIAZIA.

he was not even involved in shooting BUT he admitted he did it all to CHUCK KEIPER.

he paid fine and the I TIES all had back roast that night

Sproul, you could certainly write a book.

I heard through the grapevine that you either work for the PGC or DCNR and just like yankin everyone's chain. In any event, someone told me that you wear a green uniform.Any truth to that?

I heard the same thingfrom my cousin that owns a camp in Tioga County. He heard it from a DWCO who claims that Sproul is actually Denise Mitcheltree. I doubt it, but that's what I have heard.

I had a warden start to write me a ticket in 1992 for not tagging a fallow deer that was hanging on my tree . I politely explained to him fallow deer are not under Pa enforcement laws. He had to call two more deputies to verify it was not a whitetail, LOL And in 1998 I had a store bought collar fur piece ,with a store tag sewed in the seam hanging on my porch to rid of mothball smell. He woke my wife up out of bed and wanted to know who trapped the fox.And started a investigation untill I explained it was store bought in the 30's. The same warden then in 2006 refused me a permit so I could sell some of my mounts and antlers at my estate sale. So he got me back But They are necessary ,but some are necessary evils.
