A tip on reading the bills. Any text inside brackets [ ] is text to be removed. It may be a word, several words or entire sections. The new proposed text will be all CAPITAL LETTERS.
Sometime it takes a day or so to get the text up after a bill is introduced so if you don't see just check back later, also read the fiscal notes and keep eye out for amendments which can be added at anytime.
