i have been hunting that area and the college area for 15 yrs and have shot alot of quality buck off that patch, hold tight PABowhntr there are still quite a few monsters left in the area. i saw 5 buck last night, only 2 that i would shoot personally but there is a 160-170 class buck on the property i saw him 3 nights in a row but he never presented a shot.....good luck maybe you will see and get a shot at the big one.

I have finally had the time to keep my journal regularly this season. I just posted three entries for the last week but do not know how soon they will get approved. If you have an interest in the area and enjoy some pictures to go along with the stories then take a gander....

Thank you for the words of encouragement. I haven't given up yet. I have tonight and tomorrow to hunt plus next Wednesday afternoon and the final Saturday. I am keeping my fingers crossed.
