Default tioga boar

Hoping someone can help. Thinking about booking a huntwith tioga boar hunts in Oct. of this year, was wondering if anyone could tell me what they know about the place.

I don't live far from there. It is a couple hundred acres fenced in but there are internal fences to keep different animalsa part. They'll put you on a stand then drive the hogs to you. You'd be better going in Jan or Feb. The hogs don't like deep snow and will stay on the trails. Also don't shoot the first ones you see...most weigh around 125-140# but there are some that go over 200 be picky. They want you to kill a hog and will eventually put a bigger one in front of you.
My brother worked there as a "guide" on weekends several years ago while in college.

That would be a fun off-season outing keep us posted how it goes. We've talked about it but never gone.

I went there when I was around 20 years old. The fenced in area is very small. We did not know it was fenced when we went. I would not go back for free. We walked thru a fence and then walked for 5 minutes hit a fence in the back and then walked to the right and hit another fence. We were done hunting in 30 minutes. When we hit the corner of the fence hogs were running everywhere. Not my idea of hunting. The sheep you could pet them before you shot them.
